This 1980 kitchen had butcher block countertops and an old tile floor. However, some of the elements, such as the wood cabinets, were in great shape. Granite countertops were installed, new appliances were added, and the original cabinets were stripped and left natural. New, focused lighting was added and the ceiling was raised for a modern, functional kitchen.
Central Austin

This kitchen is located in central Austin. The owner wanted a contemporary look in her 1940's bungalow. The size and age of the home presented some unique and interesting challenges for Daman and Son. Appliances were relocated and additional counterspace was added, in addition to a wine rack and center island, to meet the homeowner's needs.
